This policy explains how Veerball, the Android game made by Codevix LLC ("we", "us"), handles your information. It covers version 1.0 of the game and this website, veerball.com.
In short
- The game works fully offline.
- It collects no personal data.
- No accounts, no ads, no analytics and no in-app purchases.
- Your progress and settings stay on your device.
- The only permission it uses is vibration, for haptic feedback.
What Veerball 1.0 collects
Nothing. Veerball 1.0 does not collect, share or sell any personal data. It has no accounts or sign-in, shows no ads, contains no analytics or tracking tools and offers no in-app purchases. The game does not need an internet connection and does not send any data to us or to anyone else.
Data stored on your device
Your progress (such as levels completed, best scores, gems and unlocked balls) and your settings (such as steering, look, sound, music and vibration) are saved only on your device, in the game's own storage. We cannot see or access this data.
It is deleted when you uninstall the game. You can also delete it at any time by clearing the game's storage in your Android settings.
Permissions
Veerball requests no special permissions. It only uses vibration, for haptic feedback, which you can turn off in the game's Settings. It does not access your location, contacts, camera, microphone, photos or files.
If you choose Tilt steering, the game reads your phone's motion sensor to steer the ball. This happens on your device only, needs no permission, and nothing is recorded or sent.
Future versions
If a future update adds advertising (such as Google AdMob), analytics or in-app purchases, we will update this policy before that update is released. The updated policy will describe what those services collect, why they collect it and how you can control it. Where the law requires it, the game will ask for your consent before any such data is collected.
This website
veerball.com is a set of static pages. It uses no cookies, no analytics and no tracking, and it loads nothing from other websites. Our hosting provider, Vercel Inc., may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and to keep the site running. We do not use these logs to identify you.
Links to Google Play take you to Google's website, which has its own privacy policy.
Children
Veerball is not directed at children under 13. The game collects no personal data from anyone, including children.
Your choices
Because we collect no personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. Everything the game saves stays on your device, and you can remove it by uninstalling the game or clearing its storage. If you have any questions about your privacy, please contact us.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time, for example when a new version of the game changes how data is handled. We will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. If a change affects what the game collects, we will publish it before the version with that change is released.
